# Error 3818

## ERR\_NGROK\_3818

Insufficient AI Gateway Credits - Your credit balance is too low to use AI Gateway. You can purchase credits from the dashboard: [https://dashboard.ngrok.com/ai-gateways](https://dashboard.ngrok.com/ai-gateways) . If you've already upgraded, the change may take a few minutes to propagate, please try again in a little bit. If you are still experiencing this issue after 20-30 minutes, please contact support.
